Yosemite High Sierra 4-Day Trekking Adventure

Enjoy a 30 mile trek through breath-taking wilderness!

Starting from the eastern end of Tuolumne Meadows, we pick up the Glen Aulin trail stopping at soda springs for a chance to try some natural carbonated water.  We will follow the Tuolumne river for a couple of miles descending into the canyon where we hike past cascading waterfalls and rapids into base camp. Adventurous souls can continue onto California, Le Conte & Waterwheel Falls or you can choose to go for a swim in the giant pools surrounding camp. Day 2 brings us on a climb up to May Lake. Views of half dome and Yosemite Valley are prominent as we ascend towards basecamp with Mount Hoffman as a backdrop. On our 3rd day, we drop from May Lake down to Tenaya Lake where we stop for lunch and a swim. The afternoon brings up back up to Sunrise Camp to tent for the evening. On our last day, we will hike up and over Cathedral Pass for panoramic views of surrounding mountains before descending to the Tuolumne Visitor Center.
